Cross Catholic Outreach | 2026 Food Packing Event

This summer we have a great opportunity to help starving children by donating to Cross Catholic Outreach, a Catholic Ministry that partners with bishops, priests, religious and lay workers to provide food, water, housing, education, orphan support, medical care, microenterprise and disaster relief – and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ – to the poorest of the poor in over 30 countries around the world.

In the month of July, Columbia River Catholic is raising funds for a very fruitful and efficient food packing event.  On September 19, 2026 we will pack 120,000 nutritious meals for starving families around the world. Toward the end of August, we will reach out for volunteers who want to partake in the actual Food Packing Event. (Just over a year ago we packed 100,000 meals on two evenings and it was a truly fun and amazingly inspirational event! )

We are asking that each family prayerfully consider supporting this worthy charity where every $300.00 will provide 1,000 nutritious meals and $90.00 will provide 300 nutritious meals.
